I’m not going to agree with you that “women” don’t have any place on the force. I am going to agree that they should not be out in the front line on the street for the reasons you state
I think the writer of this book more or less makes your point for you.
When this country repudiated and defeated the “Equal rights amendment” it basically affirmed that men and women are different in many area. Mentally ,each think differently . Physically you can actually prove the difference with empirical data. Women are vastly superior with children and shopping. Men are great hunter gatherers . When we force men to do woman’s work and push men out of jobs for lesser capable women we do a disservice to our economy and society.
There is a natural order of things and it is unnatural to have a 100 lb woman cop terrified by a 300 lb loony tune on PCP. She just panicked and went too far. A man would have not done that.
