Having not read it yet, my first thought is big government and big business go together......................
Yet liberals hate big business but love big government. There are many conservatives that are ok with big business but don’t realize big government comes with it.
I fit more than half the listed reasons for government to be out to get you.
Having read it.
We are all guilty of some law or regulation right now. It is just a matter of when they decide to make an example of us. We keep a low profile, stay off the sky line in the meantime.
But a warrior is always preparing for a fight.........
We will not enter the fight until we have lost everything. Let me repeat that, we will not enter the fight until we have nothing left to lose.
The government thinks they can control us by indirect threats of loss of jobs, wealth, real estate, etc. It does stop me or at least I am well of aware of their threat.
Under fascism, and current thoughts on socialism, you own the wealth but the govt controls it. Under communism, the govt owns it and controls it.
But my point is this. I am very close to the point of mentally thinking that I have lost everything even though physically I have not. This is where our Founding Fathers were when the Revolution started.
Liberals and govt always misjudge human nature........
Freedom’s just another word for nothin’ left to lose,
Do we want freedom or do we want our stuff and security? Not an easy call and wasn’t for our Founding Fathers.

At no point in history has any government ever wanted its people to be defenseless for any good reason ~ nully's son
Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping!
To get onto The Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping List you must threaten to report me to the Mods if I don't add you to the list...
I was a social worker and a public school teacher. Mr. Ball is second only to Hellary on my frightful list.
Self-Ping.
Forgot reason #1:
You work for a living and resent being an economic slave by illegal\unconstitutional ‘laws’, contrary to the inalienable Rights, reaffirmed by our Constitution.
IOW: Believing you own the fruits of your own labor.
quoteinvestigator.com says that this supposed Washington quote did not appear in print before 1902.
The official website of Mount Vernon says that they don't know who said this and they can't even find a genuine Washington that is similar.
