Kaepernick has the right to do this. But Free Speech rights cuts both ways: we the fans have the right to shun him for doing this. And despite what the 49ers management and coaching staff said publicly, this may be the last straw before “Kaep” is cut from the team when it reaches the 53-man season roster.

The jerk sounds like he wants to be a "special" Martyr ...Can't make headlines on the field anymore so he's been pumping up the Twitter pages. Bottom line..he's thrown down his failing career as the red line inviting the public to cross...and they are doing just that.
