Russians pounding Hillary’s anti-Assad war effort in Syria

Cruise missiles latest scourge of supposed "hawk" in war-torn nation

I don’t think most people realize just how close U.S. forces are to engaging in direct combat with Russia. Very close. And if you want to know how we got in this predicament in Syria, you might want to ask Hillary Clinton.

Over the weekend, Russian cruise missiles pounded rebel forces backed by the U.S., which is allied with them in their attempts to remove President Bashar Assad from power. The Russians became so aggressive that U.S. commanders found it necessary to publicly announced U.S. forces would take action to protect themselves if it came to that.

Great. Both forces are there. Both want to win.

They WILL meet. American and Russian soldiers/pilots/special forces.

This is bad.

Over a 2 cent dictator that hillary/obama wanted to replace with MB.

We are now bad guys thanks to Obama and Hillary.I will root for Assad. It’s obvious our military is just a tool for the globalists and if people dont see that they need to wake up

When my husband and I lived in the KSA, in the 1980's, we BOTH came home KNOWING that trying to explain what it was like living in the middle east was an impossibility. We were there for FIVE YEARS. We traveled all over the middle east, except for Iran and Iraq, obviously.

We never did read any balanced reporting on the area from ANY media, written or transmitted.
The disinformation abounded then and still does today. We read and hear what our media wants us to read and hear.

There simply IS no explaining it...especially to Shrillary. She's locked in to the Democrat think-speak on the middle east.

Ronald Reagan and Warren Christopher (Secretary of State) were in charge back then. Thank God for them. They did understand.

Hmmmm, let's see if we can shoot down Russian cruise missiles while dodging the S400 Triumph.

It's a great time to be retired US Military.

The US has no right to be there under international law. We need to get out of that sovereign country. I can’t think of a single thing President Assad has done to our country. It turned out that the gassing of Syrian Civilians was NOT from the Assad forces , it was from the hillary/McCain backed rebels. http://whowhatwhy.org/2014/12/01/really-used-chemical-weapons-syria/
The Russians are there by invitation of the sovereign government of Syria. 10 million people elected President Assad who received 88% of the vote from the people of Syria in 2014! What are we doing?

I can never ever root for American soldiers being killed. We definitely should not be there at all, but I can’t root for that. it’s no big secret that American forces are embedded or closely near the fighting. This is bad. I know when you said you were rooting for assad that of course you didn’t mean American soldiers to get hurt but that would be the reality if this keeps going on. this is so bad. all so Obama could replace a $0.02 dictator with the Muslim Brotherhood

I also lived in the Kingdom for five years (1987-1992). Warren Christopher was SecState under Clinton 1993-1997. He was Assistant SecState under Carter. I can recall being in Algeria the same time he was there trying to negotiate an end to the hostage crisis.

Why are you a big fan of Christopher? I thought he was an a$$hole.

What are we doing ? Basically renting out our special forces and working with terrorists to make sure the dying petrol dollar lasts a few more months. Been that way for a few years now. Think of us as the Japanese toward the end of World War II. Emperor Zero will never surrender so we will lose some cites to nukes before we capitulate to the allies.

This isnt about Assad. This is about the change of power in the middle east. Russia and China, by proxy are about to become the dominant power in the middle east. Russia will soon control all energy and passage through the region.

Funny what access to national secrets can get you.

Pull out of Syria, except to bomb the snot out of every known position held by the rebels. Oh, and not contribute a thin dime to the rebel jihadis, including our own, the so called moderates.

I dont think there is much we can do. Obama/Hillary screwed the pooch. We go back to pre Desert Storm middle east policies. Except we won’t have Turkey as an ally, Russia will have a energy stranglehold on the EU, Iraq will be in tatters and Saudi Arabia will be surrounded by hostile nations.

Great analogy. Russia will be OPEC. Energy will no longer be traded in dollars. The dollar will be removed as the reserve currency. Times are changing rapidly.

Look for another Pearl Harbor/Twin Towers event to happen in the not too distant future perhaps?

It might not matter who is president.

” Russia will soon control all energy and passage through the region.”

Which has been their goal for the last 40 years. Without Syria and Turkey, there is no pipeline.
