Trump needs to focus entirely on Clinton and Obama; anyone else diminishes him, unless he has something nice to say.Yes, just like "W", McCain, and Romney. Never respond.....because i does soooo much good to let them paint you in a dark manner with no contradictions.

There are many ways to lose. thinking that angering 60% through a complicit media will lead to a Trump landslide, or even marginal victory, is fantasy and delusion. Trump has some selling to do, and it's not in personally attacking Morning Joe and Mika. Trump needs to reserve all his offense for Clnton and, to a lesser extent, Obama. Anything less is bush league and we all lose.
