In an interview with the editorial board of The Miami Herald, Sen. Marco Rubio talked about his decision to run for another term in the Senate, his bid for the presidency and a potential Donald Trump presidency. Rubio said he stood by remarks he made during his presidential campaign, including calling Trump a 'con man.'

"I do believe whoever wins the presidency you're going to have to have a Senate willing to confront bad ideas from the White House," Rubio said. "And in the U.S. Senate race in Florida, I am the only one running who has proved and said that they will act as a check and balance on whoever the president is even if it is a president from my own party."

Even if he is a total jerk and he is, you must hold your nose and vote for Rubio, as we must keep the Senate, to get our nominees for the SCOTUS through it.

We are asking anti-Trumpers to hold their collective noses, and vote for Trump. We must do the same with GOPe Pub candidates that are running office in key states we cannot lose. Rubio in FL is one of them. Think strategically people, think, and stop being the Party that constantly shoots itself in the foot.
