I’d rather take out AG Lynch for dereliction of duty. Crowds in front of wH DEMANDING her removal!
We can still vote regardless of what these sewer rats say
I think the law states that a political figure cannot sue for slander or libel, why? I have no idea, but obviously it is putting this country - and probably the world - into a very dangerous situation. Think of this way: Obama set the stage for Iran. Hillary winning the election will seal the deal - Iran WILL get nuclear weapons and WILL use them via one of the many terror groups they support. So follow the result of all this - Media slanders and libels Trump on a daily basis - The majority of the population buys into it - Hillary wins the election - Hillary assists Iran obtain nuclear weapons, probably even sells it to them - A nuke goes off in Tel-Aviv - Israel responds - nuclear war breaks out - Armageddon and all because Lance faggot Liberal in New York city running the Daily lib news media wanted a woman for President because he has mommy issues.
Thoughts?
All the law suits on earth won’t get Trump elected within 90 days.
Unless we get off our butts and get the real news/facts out on the street and confront this media where it lives, Trump loses. We should be in front of every alphabet network in every city, every day.
Legal question: Is taking a verbal oath a binding contract under law?
Or do legally binding contracts have to be in writing?
Any lawyers out there...?
Same thing would apply to Twitter, same thing would apply to Twitter, Facebook, and other social media sites that have been censoring posted publications when they did not fit the Democrats viewpoint
These are also public companies so this involves the securities exchange commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and Federal election commission. You could be viewed as unpaid advertising on the half of Hillary Clinton.
“Isn’t there an attorney out there somewhere who would like to start rocking their world for the sake of preserving our Constitutional Republic???”
No, not one who is honest and competent...
I’m going to try to put a dent in the GCA of 1968. Seriously. I do a lot of federal criminal defense and this is a big hot button for me. I have a serious issue with courts skirting around the definition of “shall not be infringed”. To me, “shall not” is pretty clear. So, yes, there are some of us conservative lawyers out here trying to help. I know a lot of folks on FR really hate defense lawyers and I completely understand, however there are many of us who believe in the Constitution and what it says. In the long run, we are on your side. I’m a staunch defender of the 2nd-6th Amendments. You never know when it may be you under fire, and if you are, we’ll be here for you.
