Republicans believe they face an unprecedented choice: To Trump or not To Trump. This is ludicrous. There is no choice. Did Roosevelt have a choice about whether to ally with Stalin in WWII?
“The enemy of my enemy is my friend” sums up about all there is to know about “a choice.” Conservatives do not face a choice in this election. They are not permitted a choice. The idea of a choice, at this point, is irresponsible. If Trump does not win, Hillary, or some Democrat, will win. But it is not that these individuals will win or lose. What matters is whether their entourages of tens of thousands of advisers and appointees, win or lose. So which should a Conservative rather have, one million new Hillary minions or one million new Trump minions? Easy answer.

Both parties decided decades ago that the borders and laws would not be enforced and the citizens would be blocked from doing anything about it.
In every election since the last amnesty the GOP has nominated amnesty candidates.
This time they got Trumped.
They are not about to allow the citizens to reverse 30 years of bipartisan policy of illegal alien inundation.
It was INTENTIONAL.
Nope. That’s not why. He is their enemy because he threatens their gravy train lifestyles.

As a former Cruz supporter, I made the decision right after he self-destructed in Iowa. Not a difficult choice, knowing what surely lies ahead with 4-8 years of Hitlery&Co.

FDR had a choice, and he listened to the Communists and fellow travelers in his administration.
I still like Cruz. I'm interested to know what is next for him. But Cruz isn't on the ballot, Trump and Hillary are.
In any case, Trump was always my second choice until Cruz left the race, upon which time he became my first choice.
And only choice.
But this isn't a "lesser of evil" choice; Trump has grown on me from the start. I didn't like his ad hominems against people I liked, but I like his focus on national sovereignty and economics. On those issues he is like granite. And even the areas where he is historically a squish, he has tightened his focus in the face of all opposition.
He will make a good president. And his mere presence in the race has forced all of the GOP Quislings out into the open. Most of them, we already know who they are, there are few surprises. The press keeps beating the drum that GOP is imploding, and then I look at the names, and I see all the usual suspects.
The NeverTrumpers betray themselves. They have never had an iota of conservative principle.

One of the greatest disappointments of my life has been to discover that Cruz had a closet full of women in his wake. If he could not be honest about himself how can he be trusted to be honest about anything?
I wish more people would figure that out.
I don’t know how many people on here listen to Sean Hannity’s radio program, but yesterday he said something that I think people should know:
“All of the #NeverTrump people should remember some things, if Trump doesn’t win, you will be responsible for 4 more years of Obuma, you will be responsible for higher taxes, worse schools and education for our children and grandchildren, you will be responsible for more immigrants including Syrian Rufeegs coming into Our Country, you will be responsible for our Christians not being able to be Christians anymore, you will be responsible for higher food costs, lost jobs, worse health care than we already have...”
He went on with a lot more, but you get the idea...you know that Gary Johnson, Jill, or anyone else isn’t going to beat Clinton, the ONLY person who can beat Clinton is TRUMP...

For the Dems, it is power. Foe the GOPe it is money. He threatens the bureaucratic bloat of big government. He threatens the foreign interests who have been looting America. He threatens the "climate change".
