Actually, this might answer a question in my life. I was in charge of many people and never had an issue before a head injury.
Six years later I started working again and I’m sharp as a whip until the slightest anxiety pops up. Then I have 10x more trouble remembering five words!!
When I started, the trainer told me to go tell joe in the other room the computers is having issues, or something along that line.
five words and I had to go back to her TWICE because I kept forgetting!!!
Doctor put me on klonopin and it made things much better.
Some part of my brain does shut down in situations that it NEVER would have before.
It could be she’s afraid of confrontation AND the injury has affected her.
That’s a very good point I would not have considered. This may be a learned anxiety, because she knows her stress threshold has been changed.
