Yes, for any crimes he may have committed while he was president. But I think if Obama takes the same tack with HRC it may ruin her political life forever, since she’s been telling us she didn’t do anything wrong ever. Of course, if Trump wins Obama might do this to protect her, but he can’t protect her from everything. JMO
