Kerry says that air conditioners are the number one threat to the world peace and human life , in front of ISIS which is the worlds number two threat to world peace and life.
It's a hot summer so people better stock up on air conditioners while they can before President Obama starts giving air conditioners to ISIS

Does this bonehead know that the invention of refrigeration actually reduces the number of animals needed to produce meat to feed the masses.
More cows = more farts = more global warming = more landfills to dispose of rotting corpses=more land to be grazed=less protected land for endangered species=more food borne illness=more health care...

Kerry is quite sincere, but dishonest about why AC is a "bigger threat than ISIS".
He and his fellow travelers believe "useless eaters" need to be culled, and restrcting access to AC and refrigeration would greatly aid with the elimination of who they deem to be undesirables.
