Hold on a moment. Comey said he refused to comment on whether the FBI was investigating the Clinton Foundation. He made it VERY apparent he could not answer questions about that.
Wait, are we sure these hacked emails are from the bunch Comey had or from the 32,000 deleted. I’m not defending Comey in the least. Yes, if he was complicit, prosecute him too.
I’m just asking the question if these hacked emails were known to the FBI or among the 32,000 they didn’t have access to.
