Is the United States on the verge of a race war? You might think so if you saw the New York Post’s “Civil War” front page the morning after the killing of five Dallas police officers. Or if you watched the YouTube clip of Baton Rouge shooter Gavin Long declaring, “It’s a time for peace, but it’s a time for war, and most of the times when you want peace, you got to go to war.” Or read the tweet from former congressman Joe Walsh (R-Ill.), warning “This is war. Watch out Obama. Watch out black lives matter punks. Real America is coming after you.” Or if you watched former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani’s speech at the Republican National Convention: “The vast majority of Americans today do not feel safe. They fear for their children. They fear for themselves. They fear for our police officers, who are being targeted, with a target on their back.”
It’s easy to understand why, according to new polling, Americans say race relations are getting worse. But despite real fears and frustrations, and those who are trying to capitalize on those fears and frustrations, the United States is unlikely to return to the widespread, violent civil disorder of the 1960s. Improvements in policing and community relations, along with the fragmentation of extremist groups, provide a bulwark against anything approximating a race war....

It’s already there. It’s just low intensity conflict right now.
I honestly don’t think it will be an all out race war. A minority of a minority want a war. If it goes all out, it will be short.
But, I truly believe the agitators are a very small number. As an example, today, I was in a McDonald’s in a very urban area near Washington DC. I was the clear minority. Everyone in the restaurant treated everyone respectfully. This was among all age groups. That’s been my general observation in public interactions.
As long as mainstream American Black thinking doesn’t recognize Islam as their main existential enemy, they will be having trouble.
Tell that to dead police officers, their families, thousands of victims of black on white crime, burned out businesses, raped women, victims of "the knockout game", and those denied jobs, loans, or college admissions because they are white.
I have no doubt that Obama would love to have an excuse to declare martial law and suspend elections.

Yes, The Washington Post does not want a race war because they know that their reporters/editors/owners would be the first to face the firing squads.

If a race war comes just about anybody could become a victim. Which is a good reason why a race war isn't going to happen.

There are a small number of activist Blacks who like to run their puleing mouthes because they’re convinced that Whites are pussy. These asses think it’s free. If they ever got their war they’d want out soonest because there is no personal percentage for them in war.

Asians don't hardly even figure into the mix, best I can tell.
