2. Follow the same instructions used by a mohel (Rabbi performing circumcision), except use a cleaver and cut more off.
3. Allow the soldier/sailor/airman/Marine to pretend he’s now female, even though he’s just a mutilated man.
4. Post celebratory messages on Twitter because this transition is stylish among liberal followers. Let the poor guy enjoy his (final) moment of fame.
