Are you serious? If she’s saying what I’m seeing in this thread she’s going all radical and not even disguising it which is great. Divisive rhetoric that can be used against her.

She’s a true disciple of Saul Alinsky. Yes, she would love to be a dictator and rule by decree.
She has seen what Obama has gotten away with in the area of executive orders, and administrative rulings by departments such as the EPA.
She also knows that the only barrier to her would be the courts.
But the president herself would appoint Supreme Court justices, as well as federal judges in the lower federal courts.
It would make national news! The chaos that would happen, it would be nuts. Her whole campaign would blow up in her face.
