A 'Black Nation' No Sane Person Wants Any Part Of

Omowale wants ownership. Ownership is traditionally acquired by purchasing a property, but of course, the black entitled will "claim" five states. That's also to assume those states actually want law-defying, arrogant, violent black brats roaming their streets, bitching about anything with little to offer in return. But we've also seen many instances since the birth of #blacklivesmatter where their participants will disrupt and/or crash any place or activity they weren't invited.

This is utterly untrue.

For example, Botswana: at the end of colonialism one of the poorest British districts one completely landlocked and which only seems to have existed as it was because of a railroad and that the South Africans had withdrawn from the commonwealth, became one of these new nations; however, unlike the socialist loons taking their cues from the French and Russian revolutions who proceeded to drag much of Africa down this place was blessed by a leader said by some to honor the American, and George Washington in particular.

IIRC, the story goes that his nation was held in such low regard by their former colonial masters that at one point a Brit was to have unknowingly joked in the presence of this man that he must live in a tick hill. To give you a further idea of the character of this first president of his country he was to have proceeded to call his residence just that.

During Khama’s time and since a nation with little going for it (only a tiny number of educated people, for example) initially has steadily advanced will it is considered a middle income nation where education and enterprise are valued.

It is not the color of their skin that has failed many black people ... it is the color of their politics.

I disagree with giving them ANY state. If they riot the ordinary citizens whose lives and property they threaten should shoot them ... just as rioters and looters should be so shot no matter their race.

It seems that those most eager to govern others
are invariably the same people who have failed
in governing themselves.

As a side thought -
I wonder what sort of industry they anticipate
developing to support themselves.
Farming?
Tourism?
Cotton?

Or maybe they could compete with the VietNamese
by producing athletic shoes and tee shirts.

have some mercy, here. We’re over here holding the border with Mexico. And if they get what they want and Mexico gets what they want, the USA will be about the size of a postage stamp. So I say, if the South can’t secede, and Texas can’t secede, then by golly nobody else can have it either.

I am currently working in Sierra Leone and engage with my Liberian counterpart regularly. Even some of the older Sierra Leone citizens complain about what has happened to their country once the British Imperialists left. The British left a working civil government with roads and sanitation and a working sewer system, etc.

Now it is a trash strewn field of rubble. Local citizens have to come up with the money to pay for concrete and asphalt to fix their sections of road, or the potholes will destroy their vehicles. Corruption is incredible and no one seems to know what to do about it.

The one good point I have seen is the number of people who blame their own corruption and their’s leaders for the problems and not America or Britain.

I don’t think states will be given, if enough black citizens heed the call, they will just push whites out by virtue of divergent culture.

It has happened in many of our cities already, I don’t see why they could not make it happen in a state.

Once they reach critical mass, they then erase the boundaries between states and secede.

What happens next is whether we have the will to keep them in the fold or just agree to let them go. If you fight to keep the states in the union, then what you will have is a cry of genocide that the world will take up, whether it is correct or not.

They think the South will be friendly to their demands - more likely the Blacks in the States they want to take over would lead the charge to set them running...

The UN has what they call the Human Development Index. It is their version - somewhat warped - of a Standard of Living index.

Under this index, the highest ranking black run country is The Bahamas, at 55th.

I can only imagine that this is as high as it is because of tourism.

I have been to the Bahamas many times. Outside of the tourist areas it is a cesspool.

Of course! That what is wrong with blacks now. They could join our society at any level if they made the right choices.

This is utterly untrue...For example, Botswana

One obsolete example does not make my statement "utterly untrue". If you can't think of any current black governed nation where you'd like to live, then I'd say that I'm accurate. Only if there were several examples of successful black nations could my statement be "utterly untrue".

IIRC, Botswana continues to function and is stable. How is it “obsolete”?

Moreover, just one example of blacks governing themselves and relatively flourishing, especially considering the initial severe poverty and lack of education, is sufficient to falsify the view that they cannot.

As for “living there”, frankly there are several States in the Union I’ve no desire to visit, never mind do business or live there. I’m a Texan and consider it a mistake to have ceased to have identified with and been loyal to your State.
