My connections sure don’t go high enough to make those kinds of suggestions.

I know what you mean.

I'm just disappointed that nobody at a place called:

FreeRepublic

recognizes a golden opportunity to get our normally fed-loving political enemies to agree with us that diversity at the state level and lower is a good thing.

Federalism is the best way for the most people to have the greatest say in how they are governed.

We here all know that most so-called "Progressive" leaders are nothing but tyrannical authoritarians.

However, millions of young people, and street-level folks who consider themselves progressive don't really have a strongly anchored or detailed philosophy. They just think that change is good, that apple carts need upsetting and that power should be grabbed.

And at this point in America's history a new direction (back) toward federalism would be a major change. And would upset the elites' apple carts. And would allow groups and individuals at lower level to grab power back from the elites.

Don't like Wall Street's influence over policy? Then don't let DC make the decisions. Make them closer to home.

These knot-head trouble-making new protest groups have nothing to do with lives mattering. It's all about power.

This change empowers people locally. I know individuals who consider themselves progressives. A significant percentage of whom would be open to an idea that would give them more say over their own governance and would allow more true diversity.

Not to mention the whole world-wide trend toward distrusting the established elites. What better way to leverage that wave than to ride it into a general campaign for federalism.

The theme that central control kills local diversity.

I realize no Dem and few Republican elites like the idea, but that is the point. I'm not suggesting we can convince Hillary and her evil ruling class network. The popular wave of people despises and distrusts them anyway.

Jackson, may his soul burn in hell, was a cold-blooded son-of-a-bitch who didn't build a damned thing. He stands responsible for thousands of death on the Andrew Jackson Death Marches, some of whom were my relatives and ancestors.

And you're right the Cherokees wanted war. That's what you when you have to in order to protect your lands and your families.

As far as the Cherokees killing men, women, and children, why not explore what the whites did to the Cherokees. Tit-for-Tat seems to work well for white people except when it comes to them. The names of the Western Cherokees include such surnames as Ten Killer, Six Killer, and Mankiller. They're certainly not talking about other Cherokees. They're talking about the white people they killed who came in to take their lands, kill their own families.

No, sir. White people including Andrew Jackson, may his soul burn in hell, don't get a pass on killing Indian people.

And, why do you suppose members of the Five Civilized Tribes owned slaves. They sat down and said, "Hey, let's own slaves." No, they owned slaves because the White People accepted slaves from White and African slave traders who came into to try to barter for Indian lands. White people don't get a pass on trying to blame Indian people for the adoption of slavery, either.

And you're wrong about the concept that Indian leaders didn't have any concept of land ownership. That's soul-soothing balderdash written by white historians to try to assuage their own assumptions that Indian people were unsophisticated and clumsy. Reading of Creek and Cherokee history shows specifically that the Indian tribes fought one another and even intertribally for lands. That's with the Red Sticks wars were all about.

I don't know where you got your concepts of Indian history. They are foolish and silly.

I guess it would depend on how much force they use to make you move. It sounds like, however, they think whites will move out just because they move in. If they brought with them their violence, their habits, their attitude with them, whites or anybody else for that matter will move out. It's not just whites who don't like it.

Then they'll complain about white flight. Same thing happened on west side of Chicago years ago. Those old neighborhoods like Humboldt Park were white, working class places. Not rich, but hard working people. All those people moved out, and blacks moved in. Now, I wouldn't walk through there during the day. It's an easy out for blacks to blame everything on whites. Lots of sympathy, lots of pity parties. But they still take their life ethic everywhere they go, and the same problems come up. I think they learn it from generation to generation. They need to break that cycle.

It seems to me that they would be creating their own penal colony, considering their kind of self absorbed, fat-headed ethics, but, they don’t need five states. Louisiana is not going to be one of them.

Send them to Kenya! The only obvious choice! And they can take the Kenyan with them! And his brood!

Most if not all of the African slaves brought to America were captured by Muslims, herded like animals to a slave market and sold by the Muslims.

I nominate Southern California. Everyone else can secede from them.

Don't sweat it Laz. They already control the cities like Atlanta, Baltimore, Detroit, Newark, etc. They aren't going to leave there and start rebuilding power somewhere else.

The whole "whites move out when blacks move in" thing is what NORTHERNERS do.

We've been here too long. I have a 7th cousin living across the street. Can't make that stuff up.

Don't send them to Florida. The Yankees there will move to Georgia.

Agreed, thanks for your response. FWIW, I watched my old neighborhood on the South Side of St. Louis turn into a cesspool I could not recognize. Tore at me.

Nothing new, but they seem to have dropped from seven or thirteen down to five...

The RNA was hardly the only current in the Black freedom struggle declaring itself a movement for national liberation.

Radicals at the 1967 Black Power conference had debated whether they should seize seven, or thirteen states for an independent Black Nation.
