the only way a martial law declaration can be justified, (like justification really matters) is if the libturd (Soros/obozo/Clinton) mobs start taking out cops in big numbers. There needs to be a lot of armed patriots surreptitiously co-mingling with the hired rioting mobs to help defend the cops at the RNC convention. The anti-Trump RINO’s who have said they won't attend the convention are very likely in on the riot plan.
