What line do you have to cross for the sin to be the one that loses you your salvation? If we’re human, we sin on a regular basis. If Jesus lives inside of us, we repent, but that is not what gains us back our salvation. What Jesus did was sufficient, once and for all. You cannot be unborn once you are born in the natural, and you can’t be unborn when you have been born of the Spirit. The natural is a reflection of the spiritual. For those who are His own, they are sensitive to sin, yes. But I do not believe that when we sin we lose it. Yes, we repent and the Lord leads us back in the right direction. If we do not, He either takes us home (since we bear his name, he won’t allow us to sin habitually), or we were never His to begin with. I don’t know about you, but I sin every day, multiple times a day, not because I want to, but because I’m human. To live in terror of losing my salvation is not the gift of a loving God. Jesus died because I COULDN’T keep the law. To say otherwise is to suggest that what He did was not sufficient, and I know better. In any case, this is my last post on the subject, thanks for the discourse!
