That’s interesting. I wouldn’t have expected MSN to have a particularly conservative set of viewers. Maybe the poll got FReeped?

I saw the poll yesterday, it was a blowout even then. Age of MSN readers skews heavily to age 45-64, maybe that has something to do with it.

I just added my vote and it’s still is Trump 49% to HRC 31%!!
I have more faith in online polls. They’re more anonymous and more people function online, reflecting a broader base of likely interested voters.

I can’t believe they even posted it. I watched Trump’s speech on YouTube last night. Very powerful, and apparently very effective. It’s so refreshing from the past limp d**k GOP candidates.

True but look here:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3440835/posts

I analyzed ALL polls in June vs. November going back to 1952, and the result is shocking. They were almost always off—about 3 races didn’t change. MOST of the time they were off in favor of the Dem, and big. The average “miss” for the Dems was 13 points, but for the GOP candidate, it was 22!!

Moreover, in almost every race, even those where the GOP candidate lost, he made up a lot of ground. Even Goldwater, who lost by 20, was down in June by 50 (!!!). H. W. Bush had a turnaround of 34 points. These are not minor errors and suggest either total incompetence or serious poll slanting.

Albion - thank you for your herculean work. I have been too busy to be very active for some weeks but this week I will (haha famous last words) more time. Who is the lady in the red dress who supports Trump? I love these “I support Trump” photos but I like names because some don’t have names and I’m an ignoramous.

Hope all is well!

Good work. I realize years ago polls are crap when I was on Zobgy’s email polling list for at least a year or two. Finally I quit when he got worse and worse, and there was absolutely NO way to answer correctly. His polls were nothing more than funnels created to generate the desired answer.

I’m surprised they haven’t taken this pole down.

Poles are for dancing. Polls are for voting. :-D

I don't usually comment on minor spelling errors. God knows I make enough of 'em myself but this one was just too good to pass on due to the fun I had with it.

I remember when poles were more associated with what a flag flies/hangs on rather than what a dancer does with them.

Hate to burst everybody's bubble, but if you take the poll yourself, I think the 4th or 5th question asks: what party do you most identify with. Seems the respondents are heavily skewed to Republican...

I am so sick of people looking always at that ONE CASE about the polls. Can we bring up another election, or two? They must be out there..
