The orange ones look like fake/replica firearms. Many places require that orange cap (CA, for example) on guns that might be mistaken for real ones.
I can’t tell about the rest of them. Funny though that the article goes into great detail about the guy, has that photo, and doesn’t mention that they are actually guns. As I say, who knows.

Looks to me that all are toys.
