Probably the men at that particular club were the kind of guys who don't appreciate the need to defend themselves and others. Like the typical urban liberal.

There are other places in the USA where men with their inclinations would have a Glock tucked under their jacket.

Which place do you think the terrorist picks?

That said, from my point of view any attack on Americans by terrorists is an attack against all of us. I don't care about the personal characteristics of the victims, whether they are accountants in New York, tourists and business people on airplanes, Marines in Lebanon, social workers in California, or gay men having a night out in Florida.

We need to get tough on those who encourage terrorist attacks, tough enough that they decide to tell their followers to leave any American, anywhere, alone and undisturbed. At that point they may not have many followers to talk to anyway.

couldn’t agree with you more. I may not agree with the gay lifestyle, but by golly they are Americans and I will attempt to protect all Americans from the Islamist threat!
