Tension over LGBT angle to Orlando massacre
The Politico ^ | June 12, 2016 | Nahal Toosi

Posted on 06/12/2016 12:23:54 PM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

As lawmakers from both parties rushed to condemn the mass shooting that left 50 dead in Orlando, Republicans appeared to shy away from noting the LGBT connection, while Democrats explicitly brought it up.

Officials say the shooting, the deadliest such attack in U.S. history, occurred at a gay-themed nightclub and is being investigated as a possible act of domestic terrorism. The alleged shooter, who was killed by police, was a U.S. citizen of Afghan descent, leading to fears of an Islamist extremist connection, though his motive has not yet been established.

The attack saw a collision of a number of sensitive issues in U.S. politics — gay rights, terrorism, Islam, gun control and hate crimes -- that have often put Democrats and Republicans at odds. (Republican statements Sunday also avoided discussing gun control.) That the attack occurred in June, the LGBT community’s pride month, which sees celebrations held around the world, added to the tensions....

Two of the sins crying out to Heaven for vengeance—sodomy and wilful murder—locked in their mutual death embrace in Orlando. Both are deserving of condemnation; neither is worthy of praise.

A muslim raping a boy or a non muslim male is not considered homosexuality

Moreover,

“Christians don’t want to kill gays, Muslims do.”

Isn ‘t this an example of divide and conquer? Pitting Americans against each other is a longtime Communist strategy. It’s still difficult to believe we elected a Marxist Muslim America hater as President, a trifecta.

Gays don’t want to kill us, Muslims do.

Not so sure about that, pardner.

Here is the context: LBGQT have physically threatened straight businesses and their patrons, and those who oppose the Gay Agenda -- though obviously not to the degree of Mooselimbs.

They have indeed waged their own jihad in the process of poisoning the culture and mortally wounding the collective soul of those they perceive as their "enemy" -- God-fearing/white/Christian/conservative.

Like "moderate" Mooselimbs, many "moderate" LBGQT can be counted on along with Progs, Leftists, Feminazis, La Raza, BLM, etal to stand by idly with tacit approval, snickering as their respective "extremist" brethren do all the dirty work.

I'd wager many of the aforementioned demos wouldn't much mind us disappearing into the night.

Ramadan and LGTB Pride Month occurring in the same month. What would anything out of the ordinary happen? Both preventable in the U.S. if we had politicians that stood for morality and Americans.

That deserves its own thread. #celebritiesarestupid

They are ripping NRA and Donald Trump over this attack. Also the military rifle.

There are a lot of military rifles in this country. How many have shot up a nightclub full of young people? And who was holding it?

They blame the NRA. Please list here the names of NRA members who have committed mass shootings. I’ll wait.

Donald Trump sadly was right that another Islamoterror attack would be coming. It was a rueful congrats. He is not happy about the loss of these innocent people.

That’s entirely correct. When it comes to the desires for the complete obliteration of the nation that I always loved and pledged allegiance to, there really is no difference between the Muzzies and those forcing the homo-agenda.

And when one ranks the actual destruction of everything I once valued about America, the latter (those pushing the homo agenda) has a track-record of vastly more damage.

The royal purple and "NO-GUN!" symbols are a nice touch.

Would LOVE to see this "invitation" gain traction and circulate Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Is it any worse an atrocity because most victims were LGBT? Apparently the answer is “Yes” to progressives. To me, the only real considerations are that it was a strike by Islam against America and our rights to life and liberty.

I’m getting increasingly angry that I and most other FReepers have been posting against Islamic violence since long before 9/11 and the population as a whole has been moving in the opposite direction, culminating in a majority approval of Obama’s pro Islam policies even in the wake of such as the Orlando slaughter. We voted, demonstrated, donated and even marched in opposition to the current governmental policies to no avail. Next??

Hear ya.

If you noticed today's coverage, homos who were interviewed were STILL reluctant to name their mass-killer by name (Hint: MOOSELMB.) That's because they still believe, "The enemy of my enemy is my friend." To hard-core militant LBGQT, this blood slaughter is considered "collateral damage."

And when one ranks the actual destruction of everything I once valued about America, the latter (those pushing the homo agenda) has a track-record of vastly more damage.

I would say BOTH work for the same "Boss": Satan. The goal of both is to destroy the Judeo-Christian culture "by any means necessary."

I wonder how many more gays muslims have to massacre will it take for the liberals to realize the logical fallacy of their position? If this doesn’t guarantee a Trump victory, I don’t know what will.

excellent comments. The LGBTQX community should be bluntly faced with the reality that they have a choice:

Muslims who want to kill them or we who don’t want to kill innocent people.

Using force to force one to be pro-Muslim, or pro-gay, or pro-Christian or pro-Jew or pro-Hindu is one choice.

The other choice is freedom..freedom of speech, freedom of religion, etc.

post # 17 ~ When she says “our nation celebrates” what nation is she referring to? ~

The Queer Nation, of course!

“Queer Nation is an LGBTQ activist organization founded in March 1990 in New York City, by HIV/AIDS activists from ACT UP.”

Now the Democrats have to decide between their 2 favorite groups - Gays and radical muslims. In all fairness no group in America deserved what happened to them. All CNN can comment on is how this person acquired an “assault” weapon and how weak his connection to ISIS was. They disregared the fact that he was interviewed by the FBI twice and was not arrested because of political correctness. I also heard he had a job as a security job with a firearm clearance. Democrats, libtards, and millenialists are too stupid to have a country!

Tell people to look at it this way: If Mohamed had been a homosexual instead of a pedophile, last night’s attack would never have happened.

First time I realized this occurred during “gay pride” month. Bet it’s not the last.
