These are hooligans. They are addicted to fighting. What’s funny about hooligans, is that rival groups text each other and arrange to fight, it’s not personal, it’s feeding their addiction, that’s what most people don’t get about hooliganism.

It looks like this is about soccer.

If only both sides are supplied with guns, it would make for a very quick “hooliganism”. All they do is throw arm punches/missed kicks and, may be, occasionally throw objects. Definitely not efficient as they could be.

“It looks like this is about soccer.”

The only exciting part about soccer is the fans (attempting to) kill each other. Without weapons. Weak.

"UEFA firmly condemns the incidents in Marseille. People engaging in such violent acts have no place in football.

Soccer would be better and scores would be higher if they’d get rid of that stupid offsides rule.

“Soccer would be better and scores would be higher if they’d get rid of that stupid offsides rule.”

And multiply the damn score by 6. And a point-after penalty kick after each goal.

Why is it that everyone who complains about low-scoring in soccer don’t complain about hockey scores?

Like football, where the score of “21-14” is really “3-2”, but things are more exciting if things are just multiplied. Soccer scores are usually 2-1 or 1-0. So, if each goal is multipled by 9 and a point-after, it would be 20-10 or 10-0, which would be a respectable shutout.

LOL, I saw a comedy show once where the sportscaster was giving the soccer scores. It went like this:

0-0, 0-0, 1-0, 0-0, 1-0 and in a real scoring fest, 1-1.

These people will fight each other in the streets over a stupid game but they are unwilling to take on Muslims in their country who are raping their women and children, slitting the throats of young soldiers who happen to be walking by, attacking rock concerts and cafes, and attempting to impose their weird 7th century religion and culture on them.

That was George Carlin...

“And now for some baseball scores. 5 to 3. 4 to 1. 6 to 5. And one partial score - 4”

I feel the same way about hockey, but we’re specifically talking soccer here. Hockey scores could be higher, but those games typically wind up 4-3, 5-4, etc. There are times when the scores are lower. Same as in baseball. You have the 11-10 games, and the 1-0 games.

It’s just that soccer is 0-0 or 1-0 every. single. day.

No, it wasn’t Carlin. I can’t remember. It might have been Saturday Night Live, back when it was funny.

Not the Russians. This would NEVER happen in the USA because of the screams of racism.

But the thing about the low scoring in soccer it means that it only takes that one moment to decide a game. And in a tournament, Goal Differential can often decide who advances and who doesn’t.
