most of it is open, but flooding is the issue not snow, well i guess melting snow.
More than 1/2 of the road is closed.
The highest sections are closed and likely have 10 or more feet of snow on the roadway.
The snow does not melt off of this section, it has to be removed with a LARGE, truck mounted snow blower.
