Another Soviet joke.
A Russian is arrested for running through the streets of Moscow shouting, “Gorbachev is a fool! Gorbachev is a fool!”.
He is sentenced to 25 years in prison. 5 years for insulting the countries leader and 20 years for revealing a state secret.
