Not sure, but I assume they will escape.

My guess for Daenarys is that the dragon(s) show up during this grand meeting of the Dothraki. Rather than burn them all, however, she uses that display of power to unit the khalasars to invade and sack Yunkai, Astapor, and Volantis, the cities funding the Sons of the Harpy in Meereen.

Total guess and may be way off.

We have only seen them removed from their chains. We’ll have to see if they are able to leave the building or not, but Tyrion’s plan is to release them from captivity.
