Indictment.
That is the term heard increasingly from sources adjacent to the ongoing investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email scandal that apparently now places her at considerable risk of facing a very serious federal espionage charge.
The risk was great enough to require President Obama to come out publicly to warn off the investigation when during an interview he attempted downplay Mrs. Clinton’s “confusion” over federal classified information laws.
It was the very same tactic the president used to diminish the earlier IRS scandal and he now appears hopeful he can be just as successful in minimizing the damage to Hillary Clinton and thus, himself.
Rumors are now swirling that the FBI already has enough to implicate Mrs. Clinton in directly jeopardizing national security. What remains to be known is if that jeopardy was willful or merely negligent.
Both are capable of generating a recommendation from the FBI to the Justice Department that formal charges be brought against the former Obama Secretary of State and there has been a more recent flurry of speculation that such charges could be forthcoming within the next month or two.
That risk is said to be a primary motivating factor behind Bernie Sander’s determination to stay in the race all the way to the Democrat convention this summer. And now with the Republican primary race having been conceded to Donald Trump, media focus will shift, at least in part, to the ongoing FBI investigation against Hillary Clinton.
If FBI Director James Comey’s intent was to finalize the investigation after the primary election cycle had somewhat diminished, this would the time to do just that, and such timing now towers over the lame-duck presidency of Barack Obama and the scandal-plagued political aspirations of Hillary Clinton.
Anyone know the latest on this? Nothing on the web that I could find.

About the only thing that comes out of Vermont that appeals to citizens of flyover country is maple syrup. I'm also certain that a large swath of Hillary voters are #HeverBernie.
Sounds like a typical Clintonesque 'working the system' and just barely skirting the law. One of the techniques I've noticed what the Clintons is to proceed with the absolutely most Outrageous scenario and think it's so outrageous people will not object or won't go through the hassle of it.
Perhaps (fingers crossed) America has had enough high criminality and will actually demand justice.
Believe it or not, a lot of people think the whole email/server thing is 1. No big deal 2. "Oh, wasn't that resolved. She's still running." 3. Just don't know all the details, don't know the seriousness of it.
I think we can all continue to get this out there. . the 'pass it on' idea and talk with people about it. We have six months to educate America.
Yes, it is strange. I still maintain most Americans don't know the severity of Hillary's crimes, none of us do. On the surface, with my cursory evaluation and with the help of Nachum, Liz and others, I've been absolutely overwhelmed with the amount of crimes and indictable offenses. I can't imagine what the FBI is finding. I hope the FBI investigators and Comey 'stay true' as it were and do the most competent investigation possible.
Trump has no plans to cut or change entitlements. He does have plans to raise taxes. His pro-life record is spotty on a good day. He wants to follow Obama’s record of non intervention, leaving a power vacuum to be filled by ?????. His position on gay rights is far to the left of the average opinion voiced on this board.
And no POTUS is going to deport 11 million people, nor should any POTUS do so.
He’s really a bad candidate. Not only will I have to hold my nose to vote for him, but plug my ears, close my eyes and out my head under a pillow to do so.
But he’s better than Clinton.

Look at it this way: up until recently, many even informed Americans thought that the HRC email scandal involved HRC’s accidentally directing a few work emails to her, say, personal gmail account. This is because 99% of the members of the media are either cowards or in the tank for her and haven't had the guts to point out that the issues are she had her own SERVER installed in her house and that that server was also one used by the Clinton FOUNDATION. Even though HRC will not get what she deserves for this scandal, this increasing news coverage is bad news for her presidential campaign. In fact, had the FBI/DOJ “cleared” HRC a few months ago, the media and HRC’s people would already be telling the rest of us to “move on”. Now, Trump can start beating the drum, asking why HRC had her won server, what was really going on with the Clinton Foundation, etc. If this really is no big deal for HRC, why does she look ready to spit blood whenever she's asked about it?
I feel we can trust Comey to follow the facts wherever they lead him...
Good points. If Trump and his staff really research all the details of the email/server/Clinton Foundation/Clinton Global Initiative and all the quid pro quos, money laundering, potential blackmail of Hillary as President, security violations, hacking our whole Federal database by foreign governments. . you could go on and on. . if they really get this 'down' and know the data, then these issues alone should sink Hillary in the general election. Will all depend on their delivery, ads, coverage, etc. At least FOX and Drudge will cover it. . and Free Republic!
