Read what he actually wrote. If women don't have to take on male responsibilities (like combat), then women should not be eligible for male rights and benefits. They should not be in the military, should not be eligible for military benefits, and should not have a say in whether we go to war.

Horsehockey. You know as well as I do that women are totally useless in combat yet every time we have an article concerning women in the service, we have the faint-hearted “men” who quail at being drafted themselves pushing it for women.
