Giles, I think it was the first line of the first thing I said in this fine conversation with you -> I don't consider my comments nasty. If I looked at a red barn and saw red, I would say 'that is red'. The fact that you want me to see a blue barn does not make my statement nasty.
What I said is either true, not true, or partially true.
It does not have an attribute of 'nastiness' or 'no nastiness'.
I'm getting so very, very upset that you are calling my comments nasty. You have no evidence to support that they are nasty.
If I likened you to a rabid rat, said you are missing a required element of humanity, and that you are a sick person I would not allow near my daughter or cat - would you think those comments are nasty?
Something can be true, and still be nasty. Your comments are nasty, just like the barn is red.
