Yes.

So a 40 year old man has the right to forcefully procreate with a 13 year old child and you say that should be an easy choice for the 13 year old and her family to make? The 13 year old should be forced to carry the baby to term.

The 40 year old father will go to prison for the rape, I don't even want to know your view on that. But does the 40 year old have an absolute right to create a child with a 13 year old rape victim? Does the rapist have a right to procreate at all costs?
