This has only become an issue in the past year or so when the LBGT started pushing their agenda more aggressively after the gay marriage decision at SCOTUS. Two years ago nobody would have dreamed that people would be advocating the access to women’s locker rooms and bathrooms by perverted men.

But Republicans in power didn't do anything about SCOTUS decreeing homo marriage though. House Republicans have the power to impeach judges. To defund the Left and their agenda. What did Republican Governors do? They folded like Goodwill suits. If they would have done this, the transgender agenda would be a moot point.
