It's up to a grand jury on whether to indict or not. The DOJ would have to file charges first. FWIW, Petraeus was never indicted. He took a plea bargain for a misdemeanor, appeared before a judge and was sentenced.

Hillary's criminal activities are such she cannot plead down to a misdemeanor. Everyone is in uncharted history. From the evidence that's been made public she's guilty for violating several sections of the federal code. The racketeering has not been covered to any extent by the media. That's about to change.

Hillary went to a private server with the expectation no one would find and prove evidence of her corruption while SoS. Her joke about wiping the server turned out to be a joke on her.

Obama;s legacy is on track to be Hillary's corruption. Somehow all of that has to go away. It can't while she is alive and well. She can avoid the consequences by being alive and so sick she's unable to continue her run. Or she can die.

Those are the only two options that will prevent the bulk of her dishonesty from being made public in the very near future. If she stays in the race and the FBI releases the evidence to the public as they've threatened, Hillary will never hold another public office.

She's being tried in the court of public opinion. If you look at her approval rating, she's losing.

Thank you for your informative answer. Who convenes in a federal case, the DOJ? It's obvious Clinton knew damn well she didn't want to use the State Dept. computers. Like the sneak and liar she is she wanted intell sent to her directly before anyone else knew. Everything about this harridan is deceit , arrogance and out right lying.
