Kasich: I Would Not Have Signed NC 'Bathrooms' Bill (Kasich should join the Dem Party)
News Max ^ | 09 Apr 2016 | Cathy Burke

John Kasich says he wouldn't have signed North Carolina's so-called bathroom bill shielding businesses from anti-gay lawsuits and requiring transgender people to use restrooms corresponding to the sex on their birth certificates.

In an interview to be aired on CBS News' "Face the Nation" Sunday, the Ohio governor called the legislation too potentially "contentious."

"I believe that religious institutions ought to be protected and be able to be in a position of where they can live out their deeply held religious purposes," he said in remarks released Saturday.

"But when you get beyond that it gets to be a tricky issue. And tricky is not the right word, but it can become a contentious issue."

>Now that gay marriage is the law of the land- I guess the liberal/dem party has to keep creating these hot button issues in order to keep their pet minority blocks on their reservation.

They’ve started on normalizing pedophilia. Already it’s pretty well accepted that when gay parents adopt, they’re going to use the child for sex. It’s really sad.

Kasich, the poster boy for a political party committing suicide.

“....Fool.”

That’s right. Kasich sees nothing wrong with having a society which allows little girls to share the same bathroom as men.

It’s disgusting. What happened to common decency?

Aw, maybe Bruce Springsteen and Bryan Adams can write a song about John Kasich now.

Why would an Ohio Governor sign a bill from North Carolina?

Funny how one can pander to special interests.

Dear Gov Kasich:

Perhaps self-righteous, damn-the-consequences attitudes like yours are one of the biggest reasons Ohio is such a shambles, with population, youth, money (read: future tax revenue) and energy fleeing the state in droves.

Many of them are headed for North Carolina. Ask the natives about the Ohioans and other Rust Belters who have arrived but prepare for some colorful language.

You seem to regard yourself as a clever bloke so I’ll leave it to you to work it out.

I think it started when the blue laws were eliminated.
Instead of spending Sundays with the family you now have to work on Sundays.
Add the Church’s refusal to continue rightous and moral stands due to the almighty dollar,(can’t have them gays not contributing ya know) and there you have it.

The “poofs” can flaunt their sexual deviancy and ram it down our throats but if you believe in God, you better not let anybody know it. KMA Kasich.

So Kasich thinks its OK to veto a law which has the support of the majority of voters in North Carolina.

Kasich is the guy in the movie “Office Space” who doesn’t know he got fired. Kasich is still looking for his stapler.

This bathroom controversy is one of the strangest I have ever heard of. I never would have thought people would be seriously arguing about this.

Back when the opponents of same sex marriage were claiming that the next step was going to polygamy and then pedafilia going to legalize, I thought that they were right about polygamy and wrong about pedafilia. This bathroom controversy demonstrate that their foresight is correct. The world gets crazier by the minute.

The Democrats in the NC Senate did not oppose it.
IIRC 1/4 of the Democrats in the NC House supported it.

Yet Kasich is drawing a lot of votes in NY and PA. What is wrong with so many Republicans these days?

>Because he’s a democrat

Correction: Because he’s, like 99% of D.C., a PLUTOCRAT.

Drained one swamp but still have the SCUM rising to the top. It needs another draining.
