No spelling test? That would weed-out many people. “Ahs relly needs dis job” would eliminate many! ;-)
At the casino I worked at, there were no black dealers. There were black wait-staff, housekeeping and food service, but not dealers. Apparently the simple math test you had to do to qualify weeded them out, and hand to God, I’m not joking.
No, grammar issues doesn’t weed the losers out anymore. A manager where I worked would lead off every production meeting with “in the las pass sick mont.”
