I was listing the things that Ted has done which are not conservative. Not just things he is currently doing. BTW, Cruz supporters want to make a big deal of Trump statements which are 20 to 30 years old. By the same logic, Cruz’s employment by a law firm which is a member in good standing of the establishment which Cruz claims to be fighting, is relevant.
The bulk of my post dealt with things Ted has done in his capacity as a US Senator which are decidedly not conservative. You have chosen to ignore them as they are not defensible as being conservative actions.
