Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on Monday told a town hall attendee that he had no qualms about telling the children of Syrian refugees that they can't come to the United States.
A man at the campaign event in Salem, New Hampshire asked Trump if he could look the children in their faces and tell them they wouldn't be able to come to America.
"I can look at their faces and say you can't come," Trump replied. "We don't know where their parents come from. They have no documentation."
Trump has previously said that he thinks accepting Syrian refugees into the U.S. poses security risks. He also has called for a ban on Muslims entering the country.
I believe he said we would create a safe zone in Syria for them in the past.
LOL! So true.
I hope that one day Merkel finds herself without a security detail in a muslim refugee center.
Good. I’d stamp babies’ diapers with “Return to Sender” on their bums.
Self preservation is the first law of nature and a God-given natural duty. America as an entity has the right to preserve its existence without feeling guilty. It can find a way to help the Syrians without sacrificing its values or putting its existence in danger.
Yep.
And I am betting the questioner was a plant.
Don’t get too close, they might detonate...
Another facet of this situation is that those innocent children actually tend to become more radicalized than their parents due to their failure to assimilate.
