Monica Crowley, a columnist for the Washington Times, speculates that when, as many expect, the FBI recommends that Hillary Clinton be indicted for various crimes surrounding her private, unsecured email server, her husband former President Bill Clinton will also be up on criminal charges. The idea is that if Bill Clinton stored the email server on his property and paid for it and if he saw any of the classified documents contained on it, he may be liable for criminal prosecution. The server was also used for Clinton Foundation work. If the FBI finds out that any of the classified material was used to benefit the Clinton Foundation or the Clintons personally, then it would be within its rights and, Indeed its duty, to ask that the former president by charged along with his wife.

I think the perfect sentence would be to stick those 2 in the same cell together.
Indicting a former two term president and spouse of a Secretary of State and now top democratic contender for the Presidential Election will go nowhere and suck all the resources up in doing so.
Just concentrate on the emails. If she had been passing classified information to Sidney, well then shes committed espionage. That s clear upfront and everybody knows that. So why the big wait before the big reveal? The reveal being she’s not going to get indicted or prosecuted unless Obama wants it so and when he wants it so.

Hillary will plead guilty to one count of mishandling classified information, and will serve 8 years of house arrest... in the White House. She can only leave the WH when under Secret Service escort.

Um, no, because Shrillary will NEVER be indicted.
Any other American citizen would already have been arrested and arraigned on multiple felony charges. They would be added to as the prosecution continued to investigate the bad behavior prior to what would e a slam dunk trial.
I’m wondering if the FBI got the emails between Epstein and Bubba. Throw in the pay for play stuff and the panic at the White House reported today by Bernstein and I’d say Hillary better make sure Kendall’s retainer is up to date.
When the FBI exposes this, every newspaper in the country will look like a tabloid.
Bill gets indicted, takes the fall. Hil gets elected, eventually pardons him. Sound like a plan?
