Gay Marriage and Abortion are both states rights issues. Neither of them are mentioned in the Constitution. They are both up to the states to decide. But sadly the Supreme Court has decided to step in and unconstitutionally force both on all 57 states.

So don’t blame Trump folks blame the Supremes.

Exactly, the SCOTUS didn’t Rule on Gay Marriage, they Ruled on eviscerating the Tenth Amendment.

Gay Marriage was just one aspect of that Ruling. They opened the doorway and sooner or later somebody is going to walk through it.

Let’s see, varied State limits on Age of Consent, Age of Consent to Marry, Polygamous Marriage and Incestuous Marriage will be tested and National Standards passed.
