I would be curious if any crop-dusting took place the days prior to that in the nearby area.
I would be interested to know if any anti drilling fanatics were anywhere near those cows just before they died. I have no doubt that they would sacrifice a few animals to further the cause, just as peta is happy to kill hundreds, if not thousands of pets to keep them from being re enslaved by unenlightened humans.
