It is most likely that Dan Gabriel who is the actual Donald Segreti on the Cruz team, but there are others with similar credentials. I worry that their influence is a threat to the long term viability of Free Republic. They could not care less if they destroy what has taken years of work to put together. I confess to having let myself get stirred up by some of the nonsense that has taken place. This is a place where we can share ideas and humor, and where some of the members still engage in serious research. We all need to do our best to help keep this site a rewarding experience for the regular participants. That means not letting paid trolls destroy the atmosphere.

Heck, I’m a Cruz guy first, but he will never get away with eliminating an Entitlement without something to take it’s place. I’m 62 and I have never seen an Entitlement just disappear.
As far as I know, Trump wants to use Free Market solutions such as allowing competition across State Lines, just like the Republican Party has been parroting for years.
Al this Single Payer talk is just that. We already have Single Payer. We just call it Medicaid, Medicare or VA Medical.
