I don’t know. His past liberal stances don’t phase them. His flipflops don’t phase them. His pandering to the Iowa corn farmers didn’t phase them. His unpresidential whining about losing in Iowas doesn’t appear to phase them.
I’m not a fan of either, but Carter, 2nd worst POTUS ever, is entitled to his opinion.

You want to talk about malleable? Look at Cruz’s vote for TPA and the Corker bill, two bills he now campaigns against as if he never voted for them.

So Jimmy’s saying from the democrats perspective they would be much better off with with a malleable “deal maker”, Trump, as opposed to a principled, consistent Conservative, Ted Cruz. This may be the first time I’ve agreed with Jimmy Carter. One more reason to vote Cruz.
If Obama endorses Trump, they will say how great Obama is.
