Trump: "Ted Cruz Didn't Win Iowa, He Stole It;" Cruz Committed Voter Fraud
iOTW Report ^ | 2/3/16 | Aurelius

Posted on 02/03/2016 6:33:10 AM PST by rightistight

Accusing Senator Ted Cruz of voter fraud, Donald Trump today argued that Mr. Cruz "stole" the election in Iowa.

"That is why all of the polls were so wrong, and why he got far more votes than anticipated," Mr. Trump said on Twitter, suggesting no one predicted that Mr. Cruz would win:

Ted Cruz didn't win Iowa, he stole it. That is why all of the polls were so wrong and why he got far more votes than anticipated. Bad!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 3, 2016

Mr. Trump then went further, saying Mr. Cruz committed fraud, suggesting that Cruz's campaign suggesting that Ben Carson would drop out amounted to fraud, as did his campaign's mailers about "voting violations:"

Many people voted for Cruz over Carson because of this Cruz fraud. Also, Cruz sent out a VOTER VIOLATION certificate to thousands of voters.— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 3, 2016

The Voter Violation certificate gave poor marks to the unsuspecting voter(grade of F) and told them to clear it up by voting for Cruz. Fraud— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 3, 2016

“Cruz (and Rubio) based their information on a news report”

Oh, no, not another “I heard about it on cable news just like you” president.

Chuckle! That didn't take long did it?
Sore Loserman anyone?
It's All Fore all over again.
Hey Trump, there is simply NO WAY Ben Carson would have won Iowa. The Good doctor has been losing votes/poll numbers FOR MNTHS!
I am happy Trump the creep hasn't disappointed me. He is and will remain a sore loser, an arrogant jerk and a disgusting liar and creep of the highest order in till the day he does. Way to go Sore Loserman El Trumpo!

He knows what he is doing it seems. This wouldn’t be floated unless he’s looked into the matter.

I am not besmirching any Cruz supporters. They can have their day in the sun. Cruz will be out soon enough imo.

Maybe Rubio’s good showing in Iowa shouldn’t have come as such a surprise. Apparently he spent like a drunken sailor - outspent both Trump and Cruz combined.

Funny how co founder of Chertoff is running Cruz campaign.

I've seen you posting this same stuff over and over this morning, so how about answering a question?

With ISIS calling to kill Americans, it's a REALLY GOOD thing to have people who know how to fight terrorists "in your camp".

Who does your petulant child nominee have working with him (in his campaign) that knows how to protect America?

I know you’re most likely a good person with good morals, so I won’t hold it against you for supporting a piece of trash like Trump. He fooled a lot of people. You won’t be able to vote for Carson because he’s getting out of the race. The stuff being said about Cruz by GOPe, the media, and Trump are not true. Cruz is a good man and conservative in his soul.

dont know about the expenditures, but his face was on my TV alot in recent weeks, for sure.

in terms of raw votes, he carried the major urban centers across the state...des moines area, iowa city, davenport, etc

did not as well outside of those areas...in other words, the rural voters turned out in droves for cruz and trump.

You do realize that Cruz campaign chairman’s firm is a global advisor for Goldman Sachs? The firm is rooted in Bush.

Cruz is no outsider.

It’s been clear that the American public detest the media far more than Trump. It has been clear since last year that media attacks on Trump actually bind him closer to the electorate.

“Show me an alternative result where Cruz’ teams mistake changed anything.”

That’s absurd. You don’t know what you don’t know.

Kasich has done good things for education and that reputation has carried over to Iowa.

All in all, Cruz takes 8, Trump 7 and Rubio 6 delegates respectively. That’s pretty much a draw in the larger election.

Cruz “character”:
1. Phony summonses mailed out, scaring people to vote.
2. Claiming Carson quit, “vote for me”
3. Campaigning in the 800 churches, showing video “vote for me”
4. “Brilliant” lawyer, did not know he was Canadian citizen and that he is not Natural Born Citizen, not eligible for office of P or VP.

Just enough to beat the polls and Trump.

Whata kontry!

No. We need him to keep talking.

Trump’s mouth is the gift that keeps on giving.

Trump had no ground game in Iowa. It was so top secret (as his supporters claimed) that no one would ever see it coming. It was so super top secret even Hillary didn’t get an email about it. So incredibly super top secret no one has seen it materialize yet in Iowa.

He skipped the last debate just days before the Iowa caucus.

He bragged non-stop about how little money he was spending in Iowa.

He lost.

Then he blames everyone else for his loss. Trump, the magnificent, super-genius businessman, still can’t put it all together. He is the only reason he lost.

hopefully you’re kidding...I agree that Cruz probably won’t be the nominee. butttt

To say Trump has researched this is laughable. To say they are letting Cruz have his day in the sun is stupid

Cruz did not cheat. Good grief.
Tantrum Trump has a lot of whiny supporters.
Tantrum Trump said yesterday morning he did not expect to win Iowa, he didn’t.
