If Trump wants to attack Cruz because Cruz doesn’t have a heart (Like Trump) because trump would ensure coverage for everyone, that’s fair game.

How do you cover all people (cause we don't want to be seen as not having a heart) without the government involvement (in something they should not be involved in)?
Call it what you want, but to cover "everyone" is to have socialized medicine in some form or fashion. All the spin in the world on this forum isn't changing it. Opening insurance borders and tort reform still leaves some people uncovered and Trump says he has heart. So which is it?
