No, she is a criminal.
While most of the attention on Hillary Clinton's emails dealt with a document that included instructions from Clinton to tamper with the headings of a possibly classified subject, another, even more explosive email is big news in Sudan and could potentially lead to criminal charges.
The damaging email in question is from Sid Blumenthal, close Clinton friend and ally, who was in Libya working on his consulting business.....trying to drum up business with the Libyan government for some business associates. >To ingratiate himself with Secretary Clinton and get the State Department to intercede with the Libyan government on his behalf, he sent Hillary "intelligence" briefs on what was happening on the ground in Libya and elsewhere in the Middle East. --SNIP---

REFERENCE Hillary Rodham Clinton associate, Sidney Blumenthal, was drawing a $10,000 monthly salary from the Clinton Foundation (Bill had duped Foundation donors and directors into believing Sid was hired to advance Bills presidential legacy).
Sid was eternally prostrate, sucking up to Hillary, pocketing a bundle from the Foundation while penning e-mails to her at the State Department about Benghazi, and other hot spots, it was revealed Thursday (circa 5/15).
Blumenthal is a longtime Clinton adviser, but efforts to bring him to the State Department in 2009 were thwarted by the Obama admin. After 2008, Blumenthal was ballyhooed as Bills historian, getting big bucks on the foundation payroll at the request of Bill Clinton. Foundation insiders grumbled that Blumenthal got the job as a favor. (Politico report)
Blumenthal was a whiz at multi-tasking.....serving as a paid consultant to American Bridge and Media Matters, two Democratic groups affiliated with Clintons 2016 efforts.
Blumenthals numerous dispatches to Clinton figure prominently in the State Departmen’s 2015 release of e-mails related to the deadly terror attack on the US compound in Benghazi, Libya. Clinton forwarded many of Sids emails along to her colleagues at State.
Blumenthal also advised two companies seeking to do deals in Libya --- deals conditioned on the fall of Moammar Khadafy, The New York Times reported. Hillary and Obama accommodated Sid---ordered the Khadafy takeout---(perhaps for a cut of the action?).
