Obamacare continues to be the policy issue that confounds grassroots conservatives, causing a major rift between activists and Republican politicians. Republican candidates across the nation tapped into voter anger over the unpopular health care program to propel their elections only to fail on the campaign pledges to end it. After years of promises, Congress finally passed a bill to repeal Obamacare in an effort to launch 2016 in a conservative direction.

As expected, President Obama promptly vetoed the legislation, reminding the GOP of their futile efforts to repeal his health care plan. In his veto message, President Obama said...

The GOPe knew that their subsequent votes on Obamacare etc would be vetoed. What a pile of steaming BS they gave us by giving a blank check budget to Obama

“The GOPe knew that their subsequent votes on Obamacare etc would be vetoed.”

Yes. They will gladly pass a stand alone repeal bill any day of the week, knowing it will be vetoed. What they (McConnell, Boehner, Lyin’ Ryan) will not do, under any circumstance, is attach an ObummerCare repeal provision to a “must pass” spending bill.

...if he can’t keep that promise, it makes you wonder what kind of Senator he would have become, given the pressures in DC. Maybe McConnell wasn’t such a bad choice after all?

It’s starting to look like Bevin could be the last Republican I vote for.

There is no wiggle room here. He emphatically promised to rescind Breshear’s ILLEGAL EO.

I am so damn tired of getting screwed and tattooed.
