In WV they are talking about a $330 million dollar short fall for next fiscal year due in large part to decreases in severance taxes from coal. Obama’s war on coal is having a huge impact on citizens in coal producing states. We will most likely pay higher taxes to make up some of the difference as a result. He is literally taking food from people’s tables.
