Update on mom
she had her first day in a rehab facility.
first day did not go well.
medicare limits rehab/care time for seniors even though she got an infection in the hospital.
specific prayer request that her rehab this week, which is most important for continued placement in rehab, goes well.
thank you all for your continued prayers for mom!
Continued prayers for Sheila.
Seems to me that re-hab should live up to its name!! And the hospital infection was not of her doing, so time allowance should be added. I pray it does go well this week and that she can keep up with it until she can go home and continue on her own. That is what rehab is there for — not time limits.
Thank you. Mom is continuing to get better. One step at a time. Medicare “rules” and actuarial tables are horrible.
