Trump has the instinct to be a leader. Leadership isn't something that you are taught--you just have to be born with it. Trump was born with that leadership instinct. He has courage and an instinct for common sense and that is why 9 out of 10 times he ends up on the side of most of us.
He fills up theatres and stadiums with ease because millions of people are hungry for someone who tells it like it is and is on their side. Trump is on America's side. You can tell that he actually likes this country. Can you imagine that? I have never heard Trump making those typically disparaging remarks about America that is so common among many people in the fashionable set in New York City. If Trump were from the country you could probably say: "You can take the boy from country but you can't take the country out of the boy." Well, Trump is from the city but he still is a country boy at heart. He packs them in all over the country from the north (here in Massachusetts!) to the south to the Midwest, southwest. You wouldn't think that people from Massachusetts and people from Alabama would have anything in common, but we do--Donald Trump!
This is really the beginning of a new era because Trumps tremendous popularity will make him the new king maker. All Trump has to do is pat someone on the back and say "This is my guy" and that endorsement will guarantee a win for another one of "OUR" guys--not the usual corrupt party machine politicians. This is a political earthquake (in a good way), and I am glad that I am alive to see it!
I strongly, but respectfully, disagree. Mr. Trump has shown he has the instincts to own and run a major business as a CEO with little limits to his power.
He has NO experience serving in a elected public office. What works in the business world will not - in my opinion - work in a constitutional republic that we have. It is and entirely different type of leadership that is needed.
Mr. Trump’s crowds are based upon him engaging in rhetoric and promises he cannot keep. The result would be that should he actually get elected, it won’t be long before his promises being unfulfilled will breed strong discontent with those that so vigorously supported him. That discontent will bring Mr. Trump under heavy criticism...something he has shown he does not have the ability to shake off. He will then turn on his former supporters who won’t find Mr. Trump’s ruthless rhetoric and behavior to be so endearing then.

Actually, I humbly submit that you don’t understand what real leadership is about. Dictating to employees of a business you own is entirely different than “leading” a constitutional republic where you cannot “dictate” anything. Unless, of course, you want Mr. Trump to behave like Pres. Obama with no regard for the law or constitution?

Trumps sister was a colleague of Sam Allito and spoke on his behalf at his confirmation hearing for SCOTUS. They have remained friends
