No, Cruz does not have “close association” with Bush. W recently told a crowd of donors that he really doesn’t care for Cruz.
The idea that Trump is an enemy of Wall Street, as sundance claims, is preposterous.

He worked on George W. Bush^s 2000 presidential campaign as a domestic policy adviser and served in the Bush administration as associate deputy attorney general in the Justice Department and director of policy planning in the Federal Trade Commission.
Yes, GWB recently said he does not like Rafael Eduardo Cruz. But then Cruz has few friends in GOP. He can seldom get more than 2 or 3 votes in senate to pass his bills. If he becomes president, none of his bills will get through the US Senate. Look up the voting records of US Senate.
